We went on a family field trip to the Government of Manitoba’s hangar where they service their water bombing aircraft.  Would love the chance to do some aerial shots of a forest fire!  Got to tour their flight simulator, some of their planes, and had lots of fun snapping shots of everything.  Had the pleasure of shooting a wedding once in the Aviation Museum – if you like planes or are looking for something just a little different for your wedding, a hangar and planes make for some pretty cool shot opportunities.

Well if the Oilers won’t play like Stanley Cup contenders, then at least I can go and pretend on my own that they are.

They say it’s going to be a bad flood year.  Hopefully we’re high enough.
